COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and the destination address you provide.
Free standard shipping within Germany.
Shipping for other EU countries is calculated at checkout.
Some international orders to non-EU countries may incur additional duties - see below.
DELIVERY
Note: Please check your shipping address carefully, as typos and incomplete address information are the most common cause of delivery problems and delays.
Delivery times for shipped orders will vary depending on your location and the regional carrier services available there. We will send you a tracking link with your shipping confirmation email, so you can check the status of the delivery at any time. Shipments to some regions may require a signature as proof of delivery.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
Orders shipping to countries outside the EU can incur additional duties and taxes from your local customs authority, and the carrier may require you to pay them before completing the delivery. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
RETURNS
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without the need of explanation, from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform COOLS | Contemporary Objects Of Love GbR – Maybachufer 21, 1047 Berlin, Email: hello@coolscollection.com, by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can use the sample revocation form which you can find in our Terms of Use, which is not compulsory.
In order to comply with the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification declaring that you wish to exercise your right before the expiry of such period.
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; the costs of return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
